Returns Policy

At MARNAVITH, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure that you are eligible for a return.

Eligibility Criteria

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Gift cards, downloadable products, and perishable goods are non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all instructions, warranties, and accessories.
3. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Items can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request email to our Customer Service team.
